How does it work?
As a Unilever supplier, to start the URSA audit process, you have to have completed your company and where applicable site registration in USQS (Unilever Supplier Qualification System). You may need to communicate Unilever local procurement team for more information. Audit is mainly based on below steps Audit Requests (you may need to send the dully filled application along with required information) Preparation for audit (You will receive URSA Guide for suppliers, list of key incidents and URSA Gap analysis from your Unilever local procurement team) On site audit (Control Union will share official audit Plan) Audit Reporting (Based on URSA check list given by Unilever) Audit follow up
